Steak Tatare - Mexican Style
I don't know what's going on with me. Pretty ignorant and stupid, I would put it. It is quite embarrassing that I ordered a steak that's not really a steak that I'm used to. And I ordered it medium-well...... ( I guess the waiter was trying really hard not to laugh.) I was a bit shocked to see them bring in a cart with raw meat, eggs, lime, seasoning sauce and others... I mean, it's raw. Victor said that the Spanish eat raw meat. The Italian don't. So, the sure way to avoid raw meat, I mean, embarrassment is to go to an Italian restaurant.
The manager was preparing it right next to our table. I had this idea to put a spy cam on him. But it didn't come out right.
This is what it looks like when it's done. Victor helped me with the meat. It didn't taste bad with toast. But it still crept me out to eat raw steak.. So, I ended up eating more bread.

jajajajaja!!! medium cooked jajajaja... Maybe it did't taste good because of the cultural changes. In Mexico, we use to use somo much lime juice (jugo de limon n_n). It's used in meat almost all the time. =P Anyway thanks of the video, Im doing a homework about it, see ya!
